Club Championship 2025 – Final Results
The 2025 Cambridge Matchless Club Championship was run over what should have been five events but due to a cancellation of the Ken Wood trial ended up being over four instead. Due to there not being an Easy route at the Stonebridge and Chris Wood events, it left the Sportsman with only to rounds. This led to some rule changes:-
- For all classes except the Sportsman competitors need to complete three out of the four events to qualify for the championship, if a competitor completed four events then the lowest score was dropped.
- For the Sportsman both rounds needed to be completed and both counts.
Congratulations to all that took part in our events and thankyou to everyone that played a part in making them happen.
Awards are as follows:
Expert Class
1st place and winner of the Wally Houghton Cup – Sam Rolls, with a landslide victory taking the win at all four events

2026 Championships
We will be running the Club and Summer Series as two separate championships again in 2026. Same rules will apply as 2025 and hopefully we’ll not have any cancellations this time.
Finally on behalf of the Cambridge Matchless Motorcycle Club we’d like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Dale
